First, please try turning your device off and on. Turn your device off by pressing on the power (sync) button for 6 seconds and then turn it on again.
Did your sensor stop sending data after you moved it to a new location? If so, you might have moved it out of wifi range. Please try moving it closer and power-cycling it.
If these steps do not improve the frequency of data transmission, then it is possible that there is significant interference (walls, furniture etc) between your Edyn device and the router that is reducing your wireless range. In that case, we advise moving the sensor or router closer together, or deploying a wireless repeater/extender with a unique SSID and pairing your sensor to that extender.
