If your sensor is not transmitting regularly, you may have a battery issue, or there may be a wifi problem. For more information, please see the answer here.
In order to check whether it's a wifi or battery issue, please do the following:
Press the power button, tell us at what time you do so, what light patterns you see (if possible, take a video of the lights for us) and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you do not see any lights, your sensor has a battery issue, and you should contact us at the email address above.
