To update your password, tap the 'forgot password' link in the Edyn app and enter the email address you use to login to the Edyn app. This will trigger our system to send a link to your email where you can update your password. We update passwords via email to prevent unauthorized access to your account. If you don't have that email, there are several common reasons:
1) The email is getting blocked or flagged by your spam filters. We recommend looking in your 'spam' 'junk' 'promotions' or any similar folder.
2) The email is being sent to another email address. To prevent unauthorized account access, you must correctly enter your email address into the 'forgot password' field in the Edyn app. If you suspect you may have entered an incorrect email address, please try again and the system will resend the link.
